It takes a lot of energy to Heal a Brain,

often Creating a log jam of Thoughts and Emotions.

Persistence and Perseverance are Key,

working through what you don’t Know until you do.

Creating in your Mind and Heart

what you want your Body to Do and Be.

Misfiring, Rewiring and Short Circuits too,

are all part of the Healing Process its true.

Guided and Directed to all that is you,

to find the You inside and bring it through.

Struggling to Understand What, Where, When, Why,

to Make the Change Come Forth.

When all is said and done at the end of the day,

yet another Chance to make sense and Convey,

to help your Brain and Body come what may.

Choosing to work through it All,

even when we Fall,

helps us Stand Tall.

Healing takes Work and Consistency,

Never Give Up, No Matter What you see,

working towards a Goal, Meeting it,

then Setting a new one.

Reach for the life you want and desire,

Choosing to Face All that Comes,

Changing and Growing All along the way.

Life is like Coffee Movie

Do you know people that just seem to be happier in general? Do you say to yourself, “I want to be more like them”? Often, the happiest people in the world don’t have the best of everything…they just make the best of everything!

Compassion is like sunlight, awakening and
bringing joy to beings. Its beauty is like
a rainbow, lifting the hearts of all who see it.

Tarthang Tulku

There are many benefits to developing a compassionate nature, many things that we can contribute to the world if we do so. When we become compassionate human beings, not only do we spread compassion but we spread the experience of being compassionate to everyone who witnesses it. And our acts of compassion can act as lights–rainbows, if you will–which reflect and illuminate the promise of a better world in which love and compassion are the norms for all people.

Do we wish to contribute light to the world, or darkness? If we wish to contribute light, compassion is absolutely necessary. Compassion is the ability and willingness to see and understand what other people are going through and to act accordingly. That man might have just been rude to me, but he also might have been up all night worrying about the possibility of his business going under. That woman might have just talked to me in a very condescending tone, but she’s probably dealing with a strong sense of insecurity that causes her to try to talk down to other people.

Compassion isn’t blindly and lamely accepting any bad behavior that other people act out on us, but it is trying to understand where someone is coming from and trying to help them reach points at which bad behavior no longer happens. Compassion shines light into the darker areas of our lives and the lives of others, allowing us to see what the deeper problems may be and to deal with them on their own terms.

Do you want to cause joy in the lives of others? Show compassion. Do you want to turn your own life into a satisfying series of joyful experiences? Show compassion. Do you want to contribute regularly to the positive sides of life? Then you know what to do. . . .

Next time you encounter someone in pain, don’t just wince and
pass by with a shrug. Hurting people need a bit of color to brighten
their dark places, and they need to remember the promise that God
is with them right where they are. Where rainbows grow,
angels sing and courage becomes contagious. You can be
a rainbow gardener by opening your heart
even if you’re in pain yourself.

This is just simply a post to encourage each and every One to reach higher to what you were meant to be in Him

“He that lives in hope dances without music.” George Herbert
“Without Christ there is no hope.” Charles Spurgeon
“Whatever enlarges hope will also exalt courage.” Samuel Johnson
Romans 5:1-4
Therefore, since we have been justified through faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom we have gained access by faith into this grace in which we now stand. And we rejoice in the hope of the glory of God. Not only so, but we also rejoice in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance; perseverance, character; and character, hope. And hope does not disappoint us, because God has poured out his love into our hearts by the Holy Spirit, whom he has given us.

-God is the only true source of hope that will not disappoint and will bring about change that will help us conquer in Him and in life with the Holy Spirit’s help. We cannot do it without hope.
Psalm 31:24 NIV
Be strong and take heart, all you who hope in the LORD.
-Hope is a heart condition that helps us stand firm in Him
Proverbs 13:12 NIV
Hope deferred makes the heart sick, but a longing fulfilled is a tree of life.
-Hope is Key to live a full and happy life without hope we cannot go on in faith
Isaiah 40:31 NIV
But those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.
-Because we have the Lord in our lives He is our Strength through all life throws at us with Him by our side He will help us soar above the circumstances.
Jeremiah 29:11 NIV
For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.
-He sees and knows all we are and all we will go through and He sees the end. Hold onto the hope that you have a wonderful future in Him, especially in the valleys of life.
Romans 12:12 NIV
Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer. -Pray it through with Hope
Romans 15:13 NIV
May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.
Psalm 130:5-6
“I wait for the Lord, my soul does wait, And in His word do I hope. My soul waits for the Lord more than the watchmen for the morning; Indeed, more than the watchmen for the morning.”
-Planting God’s Word in your heart will bring hope to you when you need it most, stand fast and wait for the Lord no matter what comes.
Romans 8:37-39
No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
-God is our only source through all life brings our way to truly conquer in Him and bring about the Hope we have in Him alone. Go forth today in His Hope that you will conquer with Him.
Quotes :Scott Hafemann
Hope in God’s promises, therefore, is not a wishful longing but a faith-filled confidence for the future. It is simply impossible to trust one of God’s promises and not anticipate its coming true. To know God is to trust him. And to trust God is to trust his promises. And to trust God’s promises is to be sure of their fulfillment. This assurance concerning the future, anchored in God’s promises, is what the Bible calls “hope.”
In the midst of an ever-changing world, the good news is that the life of faith is anchored by the power, provisions, and promises of God. Circumstances may change, but the future is as sure as the character of God himself. No matter what happens, those who trust in God hope in his word.

Life is a Gift

14 07 2010

We are all given the same amount of time in a day, what we choose to do what that time is entirely up to us. We can choose to focus on all that is wrong in life or we can choose to focus on all that is good and right and make the most of every opportunity that comes our way knowing that in everything, good can be created. We are all on a healing journey of self discovery where each day is a chance to redeem ourselves and start over with a clean slate. We can make the most of each and every challenge and trial and learn and grow into a better person or give up in defeat. The choice is yours. knowing who we are and where we want to go is key to success and taking the necessary steps to get there fulfills your purpose in life. We were not created to be an island, we all need each other to help each one of us become great. Reach out today to those around you and make someone smile, you never know what that small gift can do to change the course of someone’s life forever. Life is a gift and so very precious. Treat others as you want to be treated and know that love heals.

I Believe. A Poem of Lessons for Life.

14 05 2010

I believe-
That we don’t have to change friends if we understand that friends change.
I believe-
That no matter how good a friend is, they’re going to hurt you every once in a while and, you must forgive them for that.
I believe-
That true friendship continues to grow, even over the longest distance.
Same goes for true love.
I believe-
That you can do something in an instant that will give you heartache for life.
I believe-
That it’s taking me a long time to become the person I want to be.
I believe-
That you should always leave loved ones with loving words. It may be the last time you see them
I believe-
That you can keep going long after you can’t.
I believe-
That we are responsible for what we do, no matter how we feel.
I believe-
That either you control your attitude or it controls you.
I believe-
That regardless of how hot and steamy a relationship is at first, the passion fades and there had better be something else to take its place.
I believe-
That heroes are the people who do what has to be done when it needs to be done, regardless of the consequences.
I believe-
That money is a lousy way of keeping score.
I believe-
That my best friend and I can do anything or nothing and have the best time!
I believe-
That sometimes the people you expect to kick you when you’re down, will be the ones to help you get back up.
I believe-
That sometimes when I’m angry I have the right to be angry, but that doesn’t give me the right to be cruel.
I believe-
That just because someone doesn’t love you the way you want them to doesn’t mean they don’t love you with all they have.
I believe-
That maturity has more to do with what types of experiences you’ve had and what you’ve learned from them and less to do with how many birthdays you’ve celebrated.
I believe-
That it isn’t always enough to be forgiven by others. Sometimes you have to learn to forgive yourself.
I believe-
That no matter how bad your heart is broken the world doesn’t stop for your grief.
I believe-
That our background and circumstances may have influenced who we are, but we are responsible for who we become.
I believe-
That just because two people argue, it doesn’t mean they don’t love each other, And just because they don’t argue, it doesn’t mean they do.
I believe-
That you shouldn’t be so eager to find out a secret. It could change your life forever.
I believe-
That two people can look at the exact same thing and see something totally different.
I believe-
That your life can be changed in a matter of hours by people who don’t even know you.
I believe-
That even when you think you have no more to give, when a friend cries out to you – you will find the strength to help.
I believe-
That credentials on the wall do not make you a decent human being.
I believe-
That the people you care about most in life are the essence of life. Tell them today how much you love them and what they mean to you.
