Sphenoid Bone-Center of Gravity

28 09 2011

Sphenoid bone is the keystone for the skull.

The other Cranial bones rest on the sphenoid.

The position of the sphenoid (keystone) dictates the position of ALL other skull bones.

The sphenoid bone is often moved by trauma(birth trauma and accidents).

Thus the position of the sphenoid bone dictates the center of gravity of the skull.

When it shifts causing the other cranial bones to shift as well, it moves the center of gravity of the skull.

This causes the brain to tell the neck, particularly the upper cervical vertebra, to move the get under the center of gravity of the skull so it won’t fall over.

This dictate from the brain changes the anatomical alignment of the whole body.

It is so important for your body to be in Balance and Bowen and NST(neurostructural Integration Technique) can help put your body back into balance to your center of gravity and realign your body to better health.

Canola Oil-Toxic Fat

25 09 2011

Here are a few facts on canola Oil:

It is genetically engineered Rapeseed, and Rapeseed is lubricating oil used by small industry it was never meant for human consumption!!

Canola Oil is derived from the mustard family and is considered a toxic and poisonous weed, which when processed becomes rancid very quickly.

It has been shown to cause Lung cancer!

It is very inexpensive to grow and harvest and insects won’t eat it!!

Some typical and possible side effects include loss of vision, disruption of the central nervous system, respiratory illness, anemia, constipation, increased incidence of heart disease and cancer, low birth weights in infants and irritability.

Has Cumulative Effects, taking almost 10 years before symptoms begin to manifest!!

It has a tendency to inhibit proper metabolism of foods and prohibits normal enzyme function.

Canola is 4% Trans Fatty Acid, which has been shown to have a direct link to Cancer.

These Trans Fatty Acids are labeled as Hydrogenated or Partially Hydrogenated Oils.  AVOID them ALL!!

Eating canola Oil causes liver damage.  It prevents the liver from detoxifying harmful things from the body.

To be  a happier healthier you eliminate Canola Oil and trans fats from your life!!

Eating Fats and Obesity

24 09 2011

The common belief is that eating FAT will make you Fat.  The TRUTH is that eating Plastic Fats like Trans Fats and Canola Oil makes you Fat.

If you make cell membranes from Plastic Fats, you will keep eating because your cells are starving even while they are coated with glucose that can’t get into the cell.

Also eating Plastic Fats makes a liver that won’t work leading to inability to manage your Metabolism.

Eating Plastic Fats makes a brain that can’t control your endocrine system causing your thyroid, adrenals, pancreas, and gonads to malfunction.

The Paradox is that eating more good fat and stopping Plastic Fats causes you to become your normal weight.

To digest Fat, you must have bile.  the liver normally makes 1 1/2 quarts of bile per day.  because it makes so much it needs a storage tank.  That is the function f the gall bladder.

You can take bile supplements with each meal until your liver is repaired enough to make bile normally.

You can get “Ox Bile” at most health food stores.

If you don’t have a gall bladder, you must take bile supplements with every meal the rest of your life or you won’t be able to make normal cells.  That means you will be sick.

Choose health and enjoy your life!!!

Common Ways Electrons Are Taken From the Human Body

22 09 2011

1.  Acidic water(tap water, chlorinated water, fluoride, most bottled water)

2.  Carbonated Beverages

3.  Caffeinated Beverages (pop, coffee, tea)

4.  Alcoholic Beverages

5.  Cooked Food

6.  Processes Food

7.  Healers/Doctors who touch their patients lose electrons to patient

8.  Hugs:transfer electrons from one person to another

9.  Parent holding sick child: child gets well quicker; parent left tired

10. Moving Air: wind, air conditioning, fans, convertibles, and hair dryers

******We can Receive Electrons from the Sun, Earth, Clean Water, Unprocessed Foods, Hugs, Trees, Moving Water

Balance Brings Healing!!!

Information from Healing is Voltage by Jerry Tennant, ,MD, MD(H), MD(P)

It takes a lot of energy to Heal a Brain,

often Creating a log jam of Thoughts and Emotions.

Persistence and Perseverance are Key,

working through what you don’t Know until you do.

Creating in your Mind and Heart

what you want your Body to Do and Be.

Misfiring, Rewiring and Short Circuits too,

are all part of the Healing Process its true.

Guided and Directed to all that is you,

to find the You inside and bring it through.

Struggling to Understand What, Where, When, Why,

to Make the Change Come Forth.

When all is said and done at the end of the day,

yet another Chance to make sense and Convey,

to help your Brain and Body come what may.

Choosing to work through it All,

even when we Fall,

helps us Stand Tall.

Healing takes Work and Consistency,

Never Give Up, No Matter What you see,

working towards a Goal, Meeting it,

then Setting a new one.

Reach for the life you want and desire,

Choosing to Face All that Comes,

Changing and Growing All along the way.

Neurostructural Integration Technique

14 09 2011

The Basic principles that govern the structure and application of NST are that the body is indeed a self regulating mechanism that has needs to be balanced in the structural, chemical, and mental arenas if it indeed is going to manifest a robust physiology and consequently deliver health.

Like Chiropractic, Osteopathic and Craniosacral work NST heavily subscribes to the integration of the sacrum, spinal column and cranium as a functional starting point for the resolution of almost all symptoms.

In other words, if the sacrum spinal column and cranium are balanced all systems belonging to out passing through these important structures will be free to function unimpeded.

NST is often describes as Soft Tissue Osteopathy or Neuromuscular Osteopathy with a Naturopathic supporting philosophy.

NST is applied to the neuromuscular system and in a way that is totally unique to NST.  Muscles move bones after all and generally not the other way around.

The significance of the central core being balanced before other [arts are attended to cannot be overstated, as it is indeed the central cor through which all other systems are obligated to pass!

Other sequences that then relate to particular symptoms are added to the base core sequences to ultimately build a session that is tailored for the person’s needs on the day.

A session is then completed via an investigation and where necessary balancing of the Pelvic and Temporomandibular Joint complexes.

the resultant responses are deeply self-regulatory in a multi-dimensional sense, evidenced by profound changes not only in the skeletal system, but in the muscular system, nervous system and endocrine system.

NST can be safely applied from babies to the elderly for a myraid of conditions and symptoms with lasting effects.

20 Words That Are Life Changing

2 09 2011

Take charge of your life by beginning something you’ve always wanted to do.  If your goal seems overwhelming, start small.

Your imagination has no boundaries…”dreaming about something is the first step towards achieving it.”

“Laughter is a direct route to the soul.  It broadens your perspective, keeps you healthy, and makes an unbearable situation easier to deal with.”

Set your mind to predict success.  Tell yourself you will succeed at whatever you’re doing  at the moment.

Allow yourself to grow by exposing your vulnerability and insecurity.  Don’t live strictly inside your comfort zone-don’t always play it safe.

We can always find something that “needs to be done” and we forget how to have fun.  Make a conscious effort to take time off-you’ll feel refreshed and able to think more clearly afterwards.

“…being paralyzed by indecision is worse than making the wrong decision.”  You can’t grow if you don’t trust your inner voice.

Try listening carefully to the other person’s point of view first, without being preoccupied or distracted.  You’ll really hear what is being said and the other person is more likely to pay attention to your views.

Creativity maintains the balance in our lives.  The more we use our creativity, the more it develops.

Relationships are what pulls us through the hard times, and make the good times meaningful.  Take time to nurture the connections that uplift you.

Humans need touch to survive and thrive.  Don’t forget to hug your loved ones.  Pat your friends on the back, literally and figuratively.

Forgiveness is life-giving because it puts you in charge.  You become empowered.

“Prayer is asking God to transform the situation and become the heart of your life.”  Take time each day to nurture this connection.

“Hope is the knowledge that even in the worst of times we can triumph over hardship and sorrow and grow in spirit.”  Hope is what sustains humanity.

“We can’t always choose our circumstances, but we can choose our attitudes towards them.”

Admire the good in yourself and in those around you.

Happiness involves giving freely to others and not necessarily wanting something in return.

Reading removes boundaries.

Words are Freedom.  Words are Power.

Avoid doing something just because everyone thinks you should.  Give yourself permission to relax.
