Sick and Tired of Being Sick and Tired??

Wanted to take a few minutes to share with you a little of my journey to Health and Wholeness from the Inside Out!

I went the medical route to start with as that is what I knew.  Did the years of medications, equipment, tests and experimental options to figure out what is going on and how best to “fix” it.  The side effects and the hospital stays.  I have had surgery and experienced many adverse reactions to the tests and medications, with things deteriorating instead of getting better.  Been to all the specialists and faced with a lifetime of chronic pain and disability that I was told would continue to get worse and most likely be fatal. Very thankful to have these option and they have helped with some of the conditions and issues I was challenged with.

I am someone who does not give up easily and I face what comes at me by searching for answers.  I was introduced to Bowen Therapy-a very gentle hands on therapy that relaxes your body and helps it heal itself mentally emotionally, physically and spiritually bringing balance and restoration.  I was a case study for those learning the therapy. With Bowen Therapy I was able to get rid of all the braces and equipment I was using and wearing for over a decade.  I have gotten off all prescription medications as well with the help of Bowen and Natural options.

I was so impressed with how much Bowen helped me I started learning the therapy myself to help others as that is one of my passions, passing on what I learn to others and helping them improve their life and health.
